From the first to the tenth of December 2017, representatives of Ukraine, Moldova, Latvia, Georgia, Greek and Italy lived an unusual life, exploring the culture of different countries, deeper understanding of the notable concepts of tolerance, stereotypes, living values and discrimination. The organizator is Center for European Initiatives. The event took place in Sumy region, «Slavna» cottage, where more than 30 participants were involved. Among all there were Ph.D. student of the department of management, Kotenko Stanislav, master students Zaharchenko Daryna (Marketing and Management of Innovative Activities Department) and Boyko Kateryna (Department of finance and credit). Interestingly executed and emotionally colored evenings in the format "speed-dating", the presentation of national cuisine, music and dance left no one indifferent. Everyone learned several moves from national dances of participating countries. We can’t forget the excursion to the Theater of Young Spectator in Sumy and the trip to the library with "living books", which opened up new opportunities for the participants of the project and told about their emotionally colored and unusual life. On 8th of December, young people and active representatives from 6 countries spoke at Gymnasium from Okhtyrka with performances on important and topical issues in society: stereotypes, tolerance, living values and discrimination. The pupils did not remain indifferent to the topics raised, and then, after speaking with interest, they talked with the participants about important things and were able to take photos in memory. It is safe to say that cultural exchange was not in vain. Everyone learned new knowledge for themselves, found friends and like-minded people, someone began to think differently and even discovered a "new self," and someone came out of the comfort zone.
