April 19, 2017 representatives of Economic Theory Department took part in the international conference “International Economics”.
The Head of the department Olha Prokopenko (on-line participation) presented the results and prospects for specialists’ training in this major, including the implementation of exchange programs. Professor of the department Yuriy Osik (real participation) spoke about the current trends in the development of the world economy in terms of countries, paying special attention to the Chinese economy phenomenon, as well as to the specifics of the economy development in Kazakhstan.
The conference was organized by Karaganda State Technical University (Kazakhstan) with participation of Sumy State University, University of Bielsko-Biala (Poland) and the Riga Technical University (Latvia).
