On June 19 to June 24, 2020, professor of the Department of Finance and Entrepreneurship, Vadym Trokhymovych Alexandrov, conducted a remote five-day seminar “Organization of high-quality continuing education from the point of view of the brain and human memory”, which addressed the following issues:
– determination of the quality of education;
– characteristics of the quality of education, measuring the quality of education;
– the quality of educational services, the pyramid of the quality of education;
– general characteristics and quality requirements for continuing education.
– mechanisms (laws) of the human brain in the learning process;
– The mechanisms of work of all types of human memory during training;
– disadvantages of learning processes: forgetting, attenuation, etc .;
– creativity, problems and technologies for obtaining;
– An optimal role model for those who teach and those who study;
– 863 training automation requirements;
– 358 learning automation functions;
– structure and models of learning automation;
– technologies for improving the quality of education: 6 Sigm, Kai-Zen, TRIZ;
– geniuses and creativity.
The seminar was attended by over 60 scientific and pedagogical and other employees of SSU and students from other regions of Ukraine.
The training was aimed at the ability of research and teaching staff to provide quality educational services.
