On November 25, 2020, within the discipline “CRM” (teacher – Pavlo Hrytsenko) students of group EN-92 / 1e and group PE-71 attended an online webinar on the study of CRM-system Bitrix24!
During the webinar, speakers Yuriy Voloshin and Kateryna Epifanova spoke about segmentation of customer bases, development of customer loyalty system, setting up sms-notifications to inform customers, creation of targeted advertising in the Bitrix24 system.
At the end of the webinar, students received comprehensive answers to all questions.
