December 21, 2020 within the course “Global Markets and Competition” (groupПЕ-71, Lecturer Victor SABADASH) a practical seminar was held by a Specialist-Practitioner Mariia MALIUHA on “Features of the national IT market: competitive skills, competencies and selection of specialists”.
The Practitioner shared her experience of cooperation with leading Ukrainians IT companies;
described the requests and requirements for the selection of employees by companies;
outlined the requirements of companies for the skills and competencies of employees;
revealed the features of training programs offered by IT companies.
The seminar was joined by teachers of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration Evgenij KOVALENKO and Bohdan KOVALOV, as well as students of group E-81.
