On December 14, 2020, within the discipline “Hotel and restaurant business” (teacher – Gritsenko P.V.) students of group EN-82/2pe met with the head of the hotel and restaurant complex “Tatariv DeLuxe” (ski resort “Bucrovel”) Iryna Kulinich.
During the class, Iryna spoke about the peculiarities of the operation of complexes, management and selection of staff in hotels, the development of relationships with customers, the main aspects of career success in this field.
At the end of the lesson, students received comprehensive answers to all questions.
